ABOUT SUE BEADLE I became interested in health and wellness early in the 1990’s. After earning a Doctor of Naturopathy (Traditional) degree in 1994, my focus was on nutrition as the basis for illness. Continuing to study everything and anything that could help people find and maintain their optimum state of being, I was intrigued by energy healing techniques and began to study them intensely. I began by learning hypnotherapy in 1996 and found the deep relaxation experienced by my clients during hypnotherapy sessions seemed to be a key element in healing. Then I began studying energy healers and their techniques. Over the next few years, I was attuned to Reiki and achieved the Master Reiki level in the Usui line. A weekend intensive with Brian Weiss, M.D., learning his past life regression theories and practice, added to my knowledge of hypnosis. I then studied with Donna Eden, learning Energy Medicine techniques which included chakra balancing, and then was attuned to The Reconnection healing energy with Eric Pearl. In 2006 I attended an Introduction to Shamanic Healing class taught by Lyn Roberts. In August 2007 I attended an intense four day workshop at the Omega Institute lead by Alberto Villoldo, PhD on Energy Medicine: Healing the Luminous Body. In 2003 I earned a Basic and Advanced Certificate in Gary Craig’s Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). This training encouraged the use of intuition to locate energy blockages caused by past trauma, whether real or imagined, and whether it was physical, mental or spiritual. Further study of other similar energy healing methods ensued. I realize that, for me, energy comes from the same source, and that source helped me to develop insightful intuition to help my clients move towards better health and wellness. I draw on my knowledge and experience to work with people who are interested in attaining optimal wellness. I offer private consultations for Emotional Freedom Techniques, Reiki and Shamanic Reiki, conduct wellness workshops at various locations in the Mohawk Valley and lecture to groups upon request. I incorporate tuning forks, essential oils and other shamanic techniques as needed.
