SERVICES My approach to energy work is eclectic, colored by all the bits and pieces of information and training acquired over my lifetime. In a typical energy healing session I will chat with you for a few minutes before beginning. We discuss what your goal for the session is. You may need pain relief, or to find and release a life issue that’s holding you back, or perhaps you need to revitalize your energy. I will suggest a course of action and, if you agree, we begin. I specialize in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Meridian Tapping, and also sometimes use Reiki or Shamanic Reiki, guided meditation, TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique), tuning forks, essential oils, hypnotherapy and many other energy related techniques during a session. In person or telephone consultation healing sessions are 1 hour. Contact me to inquire about my consultation rates. For those in need, I will consider providing services on a sliding scale based on the situation.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS This is such an easy option, as we can work together from the comfort and safety of our respective homes at convenient times. No driving, no gas. I offer Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) (which lends itself very well to telephone work) or distance Reiki, or holistic wellness consultations by telephone. Let me know what days/times you are available and we can make an appointment to talk. One hour telephone consultation is $30.00.
