My approach to energy work is eclectic, colored by all the bits and pieces of information and training acquired over my lifetime. In a typical energy healing session I will chat with you for a few minutes before beginning the energy work. We discuss what your goal for the session is. You may need pain relief, or to find and release a life issue that’s holding you back, or perhaps you need to revitalize your energy. I will suggest a course of action and, if the you agree, we begin. I usually use a combination of Reiki or Shamanic Reiki, guided meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), tuning forks, and essential oils. If you are experiencing emotional blocks, my suggestion is to begin with an EFT session, then follow-up with what I call "table work", which includes Reiki, shamanic techniques, and guided imagery. A typical healing session lasts 1 hour, longer sessions are available. $30.00 1 Hour $40.00 1 ½ Hours Energy work is done at my office at 2100 Genesee St., Utica.
