IM, Herkimer I am open and free!! The EFT session really helped tremendously. I have been tapping every night, and that is helping to keep things open and flowing... Weird, after all the emotions I have felt and gone through the past five years! I really have grown, and really like who I am. Yesterday, I was in Utica, and the elevator just happened to fill with men, of all ages. I didn't shrink, and we actually had some good natured banter on the ride down. It felt WONDERFUL!! I am also sleeping without medication for the first time in 20 years - that brings a joy I cannot put into words.

EFT is amazing! I have used it for so many little health issues such as: one day jumping up and down with my three year old, my back went out. I didn’t think I could move. Eventually, I remembered to try EFT. Within three rounds, I was up and on with my day. Another time EFT worked for me was when I started getting up early for work; my eyes were so bloodshot from lack of sleep or allergies. I looked in the mirror after three rounds of EFT and was amazed that my eyes were 1/3 the redness that they were only a minute earlier. Here’s one way to make your spouse a believer. I ate some garlicky food and my husband wasn’t too impressed with my breath. I said, “Let’s try EFT.” Within a few rounds according to him, my breath went from an 8 to a 5, not too bad. He was very surprised. Try it on anything, but remember it’s always helpful if you know the underlying cause of your issue. Thanks to Sue for introducing EFT to me, looking forward to EFT II class. Reiki I Workshop & Attunement Recently I attended a Reiki Level I and Attunements workshop given by Susan Beadle at the Community Co-Op in Little Falls. It was a four-hour intensive that awakened me to a new understanding and community with the Universe. I've been doing my work for quite awhile now and this experience and enlightenment has been both grounding and freeing. I've always had a "safety issue" with regard to self-security and the safety of my loved ones. I say safety with all that that implies. I've been seeking safety from the ground up safety with the physical and spiritual world and safety in the part I/we play in it. This experience has awakened me to the safety and community of the Universe that it is and always has been a part of me/us. I am so grateful to Susan for her willingness and desire to awaken us to "The Universal Life Force" and to “Being Reiki”. I’m looking forward to returning to Susan for my Reiki Level II Attunements.
